Pumpkins, Spice, & Everything Nice

Fall is by far my favorite season. I love the changing colors of the leaves, the comfortable drop in the temperature, pulling on a pair of soft leather boots, and picking apples at the Orchard. Even my birthday is in the fall!

Okay, well, now that I live in northern Florida, most of that only applies when I venture up to Pennsylvania and New Jersey to see family and friends. However, I still look forward to the pumpkin and spice incorporated into almost everything this season. From home decor, to drinks and desserts, pumpkin can be found baked, carved, glittered, and painted.

I guess you would only get as excited as I do if you love pumpkins!

Glamourous glitter pumpkins to get in the Fall spirit- buy them like the one shown above from Target or make it yourself!

Tip: If you make it yourself, buy some fake ones from a craft store so that your hard work lasts more than one season!

A truly happy return. I prefer this served hot than iced. This seasonal drink is always a welcome treat in my book.

Pumpkins Spice Mini Muffins

These mini muffins, rolled in cinnamon sugar are deliciously addictive. I brought these in for breakfast for my co-workers Friday and I’m pretty sure only have of them actually made it with me to work. I found this recipe and made it even simpler by using pumpkin pie spice instead of the individual spices.

Cookies at Eleni’s New York in the Chelsea Market that are cute enough to eat! 🙂

Bath and Body Works carries the best selection this season. The Pumpkin Cupcake candle smells so good I can almost taste it. Almost. I also love Leaves and Mahogany Teakwood.
