Tried and True: The Perfect Fit

Do you have products you just won’t be able to do without? Finding the perfect product is just as glorious to me as finding the perfect pair of jeans. I just can’t use anything else once I find that perfect fit.

Here are some of my favorite tried and true product.

dry shampoo

I think we’re all guilty of needing a dry shampoo once in a while and this Frederic Fekkai Dry Shampoo takes the cake! Although it is a bit more expensive then the versions drugstores offer, it actually works! And it lasts all day at that. This bottle I’ve had lasts forever, scent free, and makes your hair feel and look so fresh and so clean clean. 🙂 Trust me, this is something you don’t want to compromise on as far as quality.

paul mitchell shampoo 3

This is the newest addition to my list of perfect fit items. I picked it up looking for something that would remove the chlorine out of my hair after I went swimming. My hairdresser had told me to get it after my last hair cut and I literally walked around the Paul Mitchell aisle at ULTA for about 15 minutes looking for a bottle that said ‘Chlorine’ on it. I finally had to have a rep help me. Who knew it would only say shampoo three on the front? I tried it and I am in love!!! This removes Chlorine and any other impurities that regular shampoos just can’t. I’ve been using it once a week and it has made a world of difference!

bliss eye make up remover

Whether you wear a lot of eye make-up or a little, every girl needs a good eye make-up remover. This is definitely a product you want to invest in to avoid wrinkles from pulling, eye irritation, breakouts..etc. You get my point. This little bottle of gold comes in the form of a pump and is a gel consistency. That means you can control how much to use and it doesn’t run all over your cotton pad. It’s also oil free and has no scent. I’m not a big fragrance person so I really appreciate that. I wear eye make up every day (the works mascara, liner, shadow) and a bottle of this stuff lasts me 4-5 months. There is no oil or residue of any kind left over like most eye-make up removers do. The best way to describe this is to say that if you took the best make up remover towelette you’ve ever used and put it into a bottle, this would be it.

The first SEDU product I purchased was the Sedu Pro Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline flat iron 5 years ago and it is still working perfectly! I am so glad that my CHI broke so I was able to buy this.  Since then I have purchased the blow dryer, and curling iron as well. They keep my hair super shiny, healthy looking, not to mention cut styling time down by at least half. My hair is so thick and long it would take forever using anything else.

  2. that the Revolution snags your hair but the original doesn’t. Also costs a lot more cpeoarmd to the original. Definitely true.. the Sedu did not pull out my hair once cpeoarmd to my Conair.. I definitely recommend the original because you can also curl, flip, and well straighten your hair with it. has awesome fast shipping and a 2 year warranty. Can’t beat that.Ozon straighteners are also good.. they’re virtually the same thing as the Sedu but just has one year warranty. Also a little cheaper.. if you wait for for one of their sales, you can get like $25 off. I got my 1 for only $83.

    • She is right. The Solia is the BEST flat iron to use! Works better than ahytning. I am a hair model and I know this! I didn’t know the plates move tho good to know! That must be why it creates stick straight hair!!!
